Fear, phobia
"I'm one of many who fear airplanes! I have an apprehension as I take my tickets, the anxiety rises as I near the airport, and the minor turbulence makes me shake from fear! This being said, my fear had never forced me not to fly, until the moment when I decided to send my kids alone on a plane this summer. What was once a controllable fear became a phobia, and rapidly turned into a panic attack as soon as I started talking about my children's flight. It was then that I took a decision to bring this anxiety to an end. After having consulted many of my friends who, for other reasons, recommended Sylvie Rossetto, I took up the courage to call her. Don't think that this was an easy call to make. I had her number in my bag for ten days... but I wasn't able to follow through. It was after another panic attack at the airport, while I was buying my children's tickets, that I finally called Sylvie and told her about my problem. I automatically trusted her by her voice, by the care and the time she took to respond all my questions about the doubts and anxiety I had towards being hypnotized. I followed three sessions of hypnosis and my case was fixed. I even took advantage of this time to solve my fear of heights, which was directly linked to my fear of planes. By the end of this experience, oddly enough, I'm no longer afraid of heights! It's just incredible. I'm waiting for the end of the month for my children's flight to really feel the benefits of the hypnotherapy, but I already feel confident, which is new... The overall experience of being under hypnosis is a very unique moment, at times emotionally painful, but I'm convinced that you need to clean out your emotions, in your wellbeing and all. Just like a good sports session allow us to evacuate toxins, the mind needs to evacuate certain emotions. The process is intelligent and efficient. Sylvie takes the time to explain to us each of the steps by which we'll go through during our sessions, and we stay in control of our thoughts. I hope that my testimonial will encourage others to take that first step."
